Thank you to all my athletes and massage clients who make my job and life so rewarding, not only with effort you put in, the pain you endure, but for the thanks and positive feedback you give me.
''I swam yesterday in carmarthen pool, I tried all the things you told me. It went really well, I completed a set which I have never managed before I came to see you.''
'Can I just say a huge thank you for all the support you have given me. Without it I would never have had the confidence to enter these races let alone win something!'
''I am so delighted my calf held up during the race, thanks you so much for your help xx''
Alex first started out in the sport with the Pembrokeshire Tri-stars when he was just five-years-old, after watching his father Steve compete in numerous triathlon events
“It was my father who helped start the junior section of Tri Stars and during my time there I also had great support from the likes of Clair Davies, Robin Withers and Nick Brown.”

it's been a blast 😝 what a roller coaster ride it's been. You're one tough cookie but with such knowledge, skill and ability. You've pushed me on, reigned me in and prepared me for this. Looks like another year of fun together prepping for Kona 😝😜😝
Thank you (and Tom) so much xx Emma Wheeler
“Hey Clair, I raced down in Kent yesterday at a half iron distance and swam a 33! So just a note to say thanks. Felt really good in the water.”
Not only has Emma qualified for Kona Ironman World Championships this year but two of our male athletes, Mathew Pritchard and Andrew Devonald have qualified for the 70.3 World Championships in South Africa 2018. Its going to be a busy year!
Well done Clair Davies for putting up with my constant tinkering and annoying OCD!! Top coach top person to boot
