Below is an outline of the services we offer.  Guided rides, runs and open water sessions are provided on request.  We are located a short distance from the Ironman Wales Route for those who would like some local knowledge if visiting the area.

           Swim Analysis

 Swim analysis takes place at a local pool where you will be given individual attention to improve your stroke.


With the use of video I am able to pinpoint your faults and provide you with the specific drills to correct the weakness in your stroke.


I started teaching swimming at the age of 16 and have taught in Australia, America, Kuwait and of course here in the UK.


It was teaching swimming that fuelled my passion for both teaching and coaching.

         Personal Training and Coaching
Making the decision to employ a personal trainer/Coach is not something to take lightly. Personal training is not just for the rich and famous but applies to all walks of life. Having bespoke training programs designed for your individual needs, I can show you how to make the most time efficient, safe and the best way to workout.
Training can take place almost anywhere on land or sea. We have the 'Den of Doom' equipped with treadmill, wattbike, kettlebells and other tools of torture.
I am qualified in all disciplines of triathlon plus strength and conditioning, aqua aerobics and gymnastics.

We have a variety of training options:
1 to 1: hourly  rate £50 (+ travel costs over 3 miles)
Coaching packages with monthly fees of £100 per month for all 3 tri elements.    
            Sports Massage


Sports Massage Therapy (SMT ) is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues within the body.


These include muscles, ligaments and tendons. SMT is applicable not just to sports people but to anybody wishing to prevent or recover from a soft tissue injury.


The road to fitness is not always paved with gold and does incur some wear and tear on the body.  Realising the importance of sports massage I took an evening class whilst pregnant with my first child  15 years ago and have not looked back. 


This is another aspect of fitness training which is not only enriching my life but that of those I have the privilage to help.
